Pricing

COSTS FOR WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AM AND FRIDAY (Inclusive of GST)

Payment by 31st August 2008

Member $660 and Non-Member $850

From 1st September 2008

Member $770 and Non-Member $950

Day Pricing

Single Day (Wednesday or Friday program) Member $385
Single Day (Wednesday or Friday program) Non-Member $440

Note Industry Courses, Facilitated Tours and Conference Dinner are optional extras.

Refer to the Tours & Workshops Menu. These sessions must be pre-booked as space is limited and will be allocated on a first registered basis.

Conference Dinner $99

Registration

Please complete Registration by no later than Friday 26th September.

All presenters are expected to register. Payment is not required unless you are staying beyond your session. Delegates delivering a presentation are entitled to 10% discount on their conference registration. Only one 10% discount per presentation. Contact the conference secretariat for further details.

Please note that the registration is specific to an individual and all attendees will need to individually complete the registration process.

The registration process enables you to register for the conference and book accommodation and provides the opportunity to check and edit the registration before proceeding. If you wish to correct an error after you have registered then please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Every registration will provide an “on Screen” (printer friendly) Confirmation and an electronic Confirmation/Tax Invoice shall be automatically sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive one immediately please call the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations:

Any cancellations must be sent in writing by post, email or fax to the Conference Secretariat. A refund of registration fees, less an administration fee of $100 will be made to any delegate whose cancellation is postmarked on/before the 25 September 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date, although substitution of registrants will be accepted. All refunds will be paid at the conclusion of the conference.

In addition, any accommodation paid for shall not be refunded after 1st September 2008.

Payment Methods

1. Cheque - make payable to VETnetwork Conference Trust Account and sent to Venue Marketing Service, PO Box 403 Caringbah, NSW 1495

2. EFT - funds may be transferred to VETnetwork Conference Trust Account at BSB 032 151 Account 253220. Please ensure your delegates name or reference is inserted in the description.

3. Credit Card - we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express where 3% will be added for fees and charges. The credit card transaction will be processed through a secure bank gateway and a transaction receipt emailed to you.
